Sound and Color
Sunday May 31st 10-11:30 AM
This event ends at 11:30 giving people adequate time to finish what they are working on.
We will begin with a guided meditation to open your senses and awaken energy. As the soothing waves of sound wash over you, allow your body to soften and your intuition to guide your hand. Participants are invited to be seated or laying on the floor. Floor cushions and pillows are provided for comfort. We will then invite you to freely draw, paint, or color as you flow with the sounds and sensations in your body.
No experience needed! All materials will be provided.

Restorative Sound Bath

Slow Flow Yoga and Sound Bath
Wednesday June 24th 6-730pm
Sink into stillness with an hour of slow flow, intentional yoga followed by a 30 minute immersive sound bath. This experience is designed to release tension from the body, quiet the mind, and restore balance within. Limited spaces available. Bring your mats and water bottles. Blankets, bolsters, and pillows are provided!
