Slow Flow Yoga and Sound Bath

Sink into stillness with an hour of slow flow, intentional yoga followed by a 30 minute immersive sound bath. This experience is designed to release tension from the body, quiet the mind, and restore balance within. Limited spaces available. Bring your mats and any blankets and pillows for the sound bath portion.
