Sound Bath at Sovereign Earth Foundation in Sunapee
Wednesday October 21st 7-8 PM
Join us for this meditative experience where you are laying down as soothing sounds from instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you, promoting deep relaxation.
Please bring your own mat, blankets and pillows! We carry extra props if needed.

Blending therapeutic sound, guided inquiry, reflection, and optional conversation, you’ll be invited to pause and reconnect, rediscover what matters to you in this season, explore new perspectives and possibilities, and consider what you want to carry forward.
