  • Synergy Sound Bath

    Wednesday July 9th 7-8 PM

    Join us for this meditative experience where you are laying down as soothing sounds from instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you, promoting deep relaxation.

    No prior experience is needed.

  • Rage and Sage

    Friday July 18th 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM

    Join us for the Rage and Sage - an evening of movement, music, and release. We will kick things off with 1.5 hours of open dancing, featuring a live set by DJ Funk Shui, blending throwback hip-hop, contemporary hits with deep new age bass for a one of kind sound experience.

    We will close the evening together with a 30 minute sound bath by Studio 34, allowing your body and mind a chance to soften, integrate, and return to stillness.

    Expect free flowing energy and mocktails to keep you hydrated! Come as you are and dance it out!

  • The Divine Unwind

    One Sunday a month, Studio 34 opens its doors for The Divine Unwind - a device free day to simply be. Whether you’re looking to rest, connect, create, or just breathe, this is your space.

    Bring a book, start a project, use our yoga props, make art, journal, play a game, or just sit in quiet company. No pressure, no screens - just real-time presence.

    At no cost | Cash donations are welcome to help cover beverages and art supplies.

    Come as you are. This event is for ages 16+

  • Wont you Meet my Neighbor

    Its a Beautiful Day to Meet You: A Speed-Friending Experience

    Come join us for an evening of connection inspired by the legendary Mr. Rogers!

    In this speed "dating" styled event, you will rotate through a series of short, guided conversations with fellow community members. This is a chance to share laughter, stories, and make new friends!

    Whether you are new to the area or just want to connect, this is a low stake, high vibes way to meet real people in real life. Expect cozy vibes, kind hearts, and conversation starters that will even get introverts smiling.

    This is for those who want to strengthen their sense of community, those who miss making friends like we did in kindergarten, and anyone who believes it's still cool to be kind.

    Bring your curiosity, your cardigan (optional), and your best neighborly attitude.
