Synergy Sound Bath
Wednesday October 8th 7:15-8:15 PM
Join us for this meditative experience where you are laying down as soothing sounds from instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you, promoting deep relaxation.
No prior experience is needed.

A Fire Within
Sunday, October 26th | 2PM (optional campout)

As the seasons shift and the days grow colder, we gather to kindle the flame within. Nurturing the warmth, strength, and light we carry into the darker months. Join us for the second annual A Fire Within, an afternoon of ceremony, movement, breath, and sound, ending in shared community around the table.
The Flow of the Day:
Tea Ceremony around the Fire – connect, ground, and arrive in sacred space
Energy Medicine Yoga with Andara Balance – align body, mind, and energy
Hypnosis & Breathwork with Hypnosis Body Mind Soul – journey inward and unlock the subconscious
Immersive Sound Bath – soften, restore, and awaken inner clarity
Dinner Together – nourish the body, share warmth, and celebrate community
Optional Campout Experience
Stay overnight under the stars and gather by the fire. In the morning, rise to a sound bath in the barn followed by a nourishing breakfast before departure.

Rage and Sage
Friday October 17th 6:30 - 9 PM
Join us for the Rage and Sage - an evening of movement, music, and release. We will kick things off with 1.5 hours of open dancing, featuring a live set by DJ Phunk Shui, blending throwback hip-hop, contemporary hits with deep new age bass for a one of kind sound experience.
We will close the evening together with a 30 minute sound bath by Studio 34, allowing your body and mind a chance to soften, integrate, and return to stillness.
Expect free flowing energy and mocktails to keep you hydrated! Come as you are and dance it out!

Free Meditation and The Divine Unwind with Special Guest!

1-4 PM Divine Unwind with Special Guest: Vintage Lady Tarot!
One Sunday a month, Studio 34 opens its doors for The Divine Unwind - a device free day to simply be. We will be begin our time with a 30-minute meditation that is donation based (all funds will be donated to a local charity)
Whether you’re looking to rest, connect, create, or just breathe, this is your space.
Enjoy tea in good company while you receive a 15-minute reading with Kella of Vintage Lady Tarot. You are welcome to stay and hang before and after your reading to make new friends and even share your experience if you wish. The Divine Unwind itself is free, but you must pay ahead of time if you wish to have a reading. Limited spaces available!
