Dynamic Flow with Krystal Robillard

With over 20 years in the healing arts, Krystal began her journey in massage therapy before discovering vinyasa power yoga.
Krystal dedicated years to her own personal practice before committing to a 200 hour teacher training at Power Yoga University where she quickly adapted the power of intentional movement and breath for a strong body and nurtured spirit.
Krystal incorporates dynamic flowing movements with deep breathing to create a safe and fun environment to practice in.
Chakra Balancing Gentle Yoga and Journaling Series with Krystal Boivin
“I invite you to join me in this 8 week series as we lean into our personal chakras! Chakras are our internal energy centers which are great tools for assessing and improving any current imbalances that may come up, allowing us to better align with our true selves both physically and emotionally.
Each week we will focus on one chakra including stability, creativity, power, compassion, expression, intuition, and connection. We will begin class with journal prompts followed by gentle yoga flow and finishing with a final resting pose and meditation.
So grab your journal and pen and meet me on the mat!”
Krystal is a 500 hr certified yoga teacher teaching since 2018
