Dynamic Flow with Krystal on Wednesdays | Drop in
AMY IS COVERING 3/4/26
With over 20 years in the healing arts, Krystal began her journey in massage therapy before discovering vinyasa power yoga.
Krystal dedicated years to her own personal practice before committing to a 200-hour teacher training at Power Yoga University where she quickly adapted the power of intentional movement and breath for a strong body and nurtured spirit.
Krystal incorporates dynamic flowing movements with deep breathing to create a safe and fun environment to practice in. This class is suitable for intermediate levels.

Restorative with Hannah on Tuesdays | Drop in
This class is a restorative inspired hour combining somatic movements and breathwork. Come and embody the truest form to self. Feel the cells expand and contract, feel the muscles move and the motions of the body. You will enjoy a longer rest time at the end of class to fully integrate this practice.
